Discover Your True Self

Ultimately, all meditation is about discovering your true self. All the training and practices lead up to the moment when you can leap into your true self, embracing the truth of your being. Once all doubts are resolved, you are ready to accept your ultimate identity and see it clearly as it is. Your true nature is pure consciousness, filled with wisdom, love, and harmony.

Nothing can harm or improve this formless and limitless nature. All experiences, whether perceived as ‘good’ or ‘bad’, are rooted in this perfect empty consciousness. In reality, all experiences are interconnected and inseparable.

Our true self is represented as a symphony of possibilities, known by many names in different cultures. As a meditator, it is not necessary to intellectualize or speculate about this indescribable nature; instead, the path of meditation is to simply rest in natural presence.

The journey of meditation is a return home to our true selves. Starting from false identities, meditation training guides us back to the treasure that has always been within us.

The simplest and most effective path to spiritual awakening is through effortless presence. Just be. Allow the natural presence of consciousness to guide you. Stop searching, stop manufacturing moods, and simply rest in the great peace of consciousness.

Enlightenment is found in our common mind as it is, without adding or removing anything. Recognizing our true nature of pure presence is essential for a fulfilled life. Without meditation and introspection, we may never realize our ultimate identity.

Resting in our natural state, without striving for anything extra, allows us to be ourselves in the present moment. Recognizing and stabilizing our true nature brings peace, love, and wisdom effortlessly into our lives.
