- Dates: Wednesdays, September 11, 18, and 25
- Time: 9:30 AM (ET) ZOOM SESSIONS *Must be on video for personalized feedback
- Duration: 75 minutes per session, including Q&A
- Cost: $200 (Includes 6 PDA through NCCAOM)
My goal is to empower men to take control of their health and well-being through the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Qigong. By learning and practicing these techniques, you can support your body from the inside out and reduce the fear of illness.
